I hate to exercise. No joke. I hate sweat, even though the rush feels amazing later. These are just short, to the point jotted notes about the exercise I get in a day. I'm trying to increase it, make it real and keep it honest.
03.29.10 - 5 girl push-ups,
03.27.10 - walk in Stanley Park, 20 minute photoshoot on sandy beach,
03.26.10 - 2 girl push-ups, 1/2 hr photoshoot (up, down, lunging, walking, squatting, etc)
